Reading the route
The Lisbon Half Marathon starts at 9:30 on the deck of the 25 de Abril Bridge. The route continues toward Avenida da Ponte, then passes LX Factory at km 2.7. It then reaches Avenida 24 de Julho at km 7.5, ahead of the first turnaround, near Santos, at km 8.8.
The course passes Doca de Alcântara at km 10.8, then follows Avenida da Índia. It reaches Padrão dos Descobrimentos at km 13.6, then Torre de Belém. At Algés, at km 15.8, it runs on to Cruz Quebrada for the second turnaround, at km 17.4.
The way back passes through Algés and Torre de Belém again, before the finish at the Jerónimos Monastery, in Belém, after 21.1 km, with two turnarounds along the way. The cutoff is 3 hours.
