Reading the route

The Copenhagen Half Marathon starts at Jagtvej, in Østerbro, at 9:30. The point-to-point route heads onto Østerbrogade, then reaches Trianglen at km 1.8. A water station follows at km 4.4, before Oslo Plads. The course reaches Kongens Nytorv at km 5.8, then passes Bredgade. It returns through Kongens Nytorv.

After Kongens Nytorv, the route joins Holmens Kanal. It continues onto Christians Brygge, then crosses Langebro at km 9.1. It carries on along Kalvebod Brygge, which leads to Rådhuspladsen, reached at km 10.7. The course then passes Vesterbrogade, before reaching Frederiksberg Allé, marked at km 12.

The course reaches Nørrebrogade at km 17.1, then crosses Dronning Louises Bro at km 18.6. It then passes Søtorvet, followed by Frederiksborggade, before returning through Trianglen. The finish is at Fælledparken, after 21.1 km, within the 3-hour time limit, in net time from the start line.
