Order & customization

How do I order my poster?

Connect your Strava account or upload a GPX file, choose your race, and customize your poster (title, subtitle, name, distance, duration, elevation, graphic mood, color, layers, format). You then pay online by bank card via Stripe.

Can I change my order after payment?

As long as production hasn't started (usually within 24h), yes — email us at hello@plotrek.com with your order number. Once the drawing is under way, the A3/A2 pen plotters are unique and can no longer be changed.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and CB bank cards via the secure Stripe platform. All transactions are TLS-encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

What can I customize on my poster?

Everything: the main title, the subtitle, your name (finisher), the distance, the duration, the elevation, the graphic mood (Alpine / Volcanique / Vinicole), the layers, the line color and the format. Each poster is unique to each runner.
Products & formats

Which formats are available?

Three formats: Print HD A3 (€39), Pen plotter A3 (€89), Pen plotter A2 (€149). Full details in our Terms, Products section.

What paper do you use?

Art papers selected to match the graphic mood — variations in weight and texture (clean and smooth or warmer), always UV-resistant, acid-free, designed to last 50+ years.

What inks?

Pigment inks selected to match the mood — variations in nib and saturation to serve each line. Always UV-resistant, acid-free, 50+ year lifespan.

How does the drawing work?

My cartographic algorithm turns your GPX (Strava or direct import) into a balanced vector composition. My precision machine (pen plotter) then draws it in ink on the art paper. 0.01 mm precision, one poster after another.

Is each poster unique?

Yes — pen plotters draw by machine, but the ink applies differently depending on speed, paper and humidity. No two posters are strictly identical: that's the charm of an artisanal drawing vs. a print.
Workshop & process

Where are the posters made?

In my independent workshop in Le Bouscat (33), near Bordeaux. Made in France, one single person (me) drawing each poster. Visit the workshop on the Workshop page.

How long to make my poster?

The A3/A2 pen plotters are produced in weekly batches: 5 to 10 business days between payment and dispatch.
Shipping

What are the delivery times?

After production (5-10 business days), the transit time depends on the destination: France 2-5 days, EU 5-10 days, worldwide 10-20 days. Details in our Terms, Delivery section.

How much is shipping?

€6 delivery anywhere in the world, whatever the format. Allow 2 to 4 business days in France, 4 to 7 in Europe, 7 to 14 for the rest of the world.

How do I track my parcel?

An email with the tracking number is sent to you as soon as it ships. You can also check your order status in your My orders area.
Returns & guarantees

Can I return my poster?

Digital files and Print HD benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). As the A3/A2 pen plotters are unique personalized pieces (art. L221-28-3°), the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started. Full details in our Terms, Withdrawal section.

What if my poster arrives damaged?

Email us at hello@plotrek.com within 14 days with a photo. Legal conformity guarantee: we replace or refund, at our expense. See Terms, Guarantees section.
