The course passes the obélisque de Mazargues at km 2.3, then enters the Parc National des Calanques and follows route Léon-Lachamp to the rond-point de Luminy, where a first aid station awaits you at km 5.2. From there, the road rises toward the col de la Gineste.

The col de la Gineste, the summit of the course at 328 m, comes at km 10.1; there is an aid station there. The road then descends along the camp de Carpiagne at km 13.4 and passes Bois Joli, where a third aid station awaits you at km 14.8.
