Reading the route
The start is at 13:45 in Malemort, in Corrèze, at 137 m of elevation. The course runs point-to-point on road to Ussel, without returning to its starting point. You pass Beynat at km 13.9, at 392 m, then Albussac at km 30.2, at 407 m.
Vimbelle comes at km 50.6, at 274 m, then Chaumeil at km 68.3, at 629 m. The longest climb of the course, 618 m of gain, starts at Vimbelle and ends shortly after Chaumeil, around km 73. Further on, Treignac appears at km 91.2, at 497 m, then Bugeat at km 114.7, at 772 m.
After Bugeat, the high point, Mont Bessou, sits at km 129.4, at 975 m of elevation. The finish is in Ussel, at km 152.4, at 641 m. Over the 152.4 km as a whole, the total comes to 3,240 m of climbing and 2,737 m of descent.
