I'm Fabrice, an engineer and the founder of Plotrek. Every poster starts from your GPS trace and ends on my plotter, in Le Bouscat, near Bordeaux.

I start it, I watch it, I change the pen when the ink fades, I check it before rolling it. It takes time — and that is exactly why the object looks like no print.

How long before I get it?

Production takes 5 to 10 business days: each piece is prepared, drawn, checked and protected for transit. Tracked shipping is €6, whatever the size or destination. A tracking link is emailed on dispatch.

Is it really drawn with a pen?

Yes — that's what the videos above show. Every copy carries the micro-variations of the stroke; it's not a digital print.

Can I cancel or return a personalised poster?

A poster made to your composition is a personalised product: the right of withdrawal no longer applies once production has started. Before production, write to us immediately. Legal guarantees still apply, and the cost of an accepted return is yours.

What if it arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email hello@plotrek.com on receipt with your order number and photos. After checking, the poster is replaced or refunded under the legal guarantees.
